Support Worker Job at Sage Health Centre
Sage Health Centre is an adult co-ed residential addiction facility located in Kamloops, BC. We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a part time to full time support residential support worker. The successful candidate must be available to work seven days a week as we are a residential treatment centre. The candidate will be required to work afternoons (4:00PM - 12:00AM or 4:30-10:30PM), casual overnight shifts (12:00AM - 8:00AM - sick/holiday coverage only), and potential day shifts with additional training (8:00AM - 4:00PM). The successful candidate will receive training in intakes, dispensing medications, daily client care and agency security. The successful candidate will be eligible for benefits following a 3 month probation, and once their weekly hours reach a minimum of 32 hours per week.
Education and previous work
Experience: Two year Human Services Diploma or other similar training in Addictions, Child and Youth, or Social Work. A current first aid certificate as well as a criminal record check are required. Previous addictions experience is an asset.

Part-time hours: 6-32 per week
Salary: $23.05-$26.50 per hour
