PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The incumbent assists the Senior Visual Presentation specialist to provide daily support to the department. They will be called to work in collaboration with the entire team to ensure the proper management of the information between the department and the stores.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Department communications: memos and visual documents;
  • Collaborate in the preparation of planograms and group the samples;
  • Ensure the organization of the laboratory store for planograms and presentations;
  • Participate in planograms;
  • Responsible for the department's mailbox and communications with the stores;
  • Perform performance reports;
  • Send store requests as well as maintain the visual presentation inventory;
  • Placement of mannequin orders and maintain inventory;
  • Prepare the documents as well as the necessary visual elements for store openings while maintaining the inventory for future openings
  • Write the instructions for folding, hanging and installing window display, including photos and explanatory texts;
  • Perform the necessary tests and validations during project development;
  • Occasionally participate in store openings / visits;
  • Occasionally visit the stores of our various banners, as well as the competition with the visual presentation team.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma in fashion marketing, design presentation or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of retail experience;
  • Creativity and open-mindedness
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once;
  • Strong autonomy;
  • Rigor and attention to detail;
  • Team spirit;
  • Essential bilingualism (written and spoken);
