Job Details:
· Place and or receive calls to and from new and existing customers
· Provide exceptional sales and customer service levels
· Accurately input, and obtain customer information via phone and email
· Resolve customer concerns immediately and effectively
Requirements:
· Able to communicate effectively and practice active listening
· Professional and pleasant phone manner
· Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
