We want to revolutionize the way customers interact with cannabis products by giving them further insight into the products they are purchasing. Strain Explainer will also streamline cannabis education for budtenders and allow them to be more knowledgeable about the products they are selling to consumers.

Strain Explainer is growing, and we are looking for talented sales associates to help onboard cannabis brands, SKUs, and licensed producers from across Canada onto our platform. This is a great opportunity to build your sales career, and formal cannabis experience. You will also have the opportunity to receive commisions based on sales performance.

As a Work From Home Sales Advisor at Strain Explainer, you will:

- Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, and presentation of Strain Explainer platform benefits to cannabis brands and licensed producers.

- Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers.

- Be detail-oriented when it comes to sales of products and services.

- Meet or exceed all metrics and sales goals set by leadership.

- Report daily sales activities to leadership.

- Receive all necessary onboarding information and send it to the web team for upload.

Who You Are:

- Minimum 1 year of formal cannabis industry experience.

- Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience.

- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your residence.

- A strong understanding of the sales process, building relationships, communication skills, negotiation tactics, and closing deals.

- High-speed internet and your own computer/laptop.
